Meeting Room Equipment

The Department has (3) meetings rooms each with different equipment in the room.

5202 SAS Hall

  • Primary Meeting Room
  • On the conference room table there is a black box with “ClickShare” on the top.
         (All power/ports under the box are FULL; please don’t bother opening that area.)
  • There is a USB {BARCO} device with a silver round circle either on the table or podium.
  • [Laptop USAGE]
    • There is a USB {BARCO} device with a silver round circle either on the table or podium.
    • Plug in USB device into laptop.
    • If necessary install software on laptop. (Will work for both MAC and Windows)
    • Press silver round circle. (Change from White to Red)
    • Press silver round circle (Change from Red to White)
    • Unplug USB device from laptop
    • Power off the projector with White {Sony} remote [Green Standby Button for 3 seconds]

    • Download ClickShare App
    • Change your wireless to be 5202-Clickshare
    • Password: clickshare
    • Open App
