Hats off to May 2025 Graduates

On Friday, May 2, 2025, our department proudly celebrated the achievements of its graduating students during the Spring 2025 graduation ceremony, held at 2:00 PM in the McKimmon Center in Raleigh, NC. The event was filled with joy, pride, and heartfelt moments as families, friends, faculty, and graduates gathered to mark this important milestone.

A total of 71 students crossed the stage: 46 Undergraduate, 22 Master’s, and 3 PhD graduates. Each student was recognized for their hard work, dedication, and perseverance throughout their academic journey.

Dr. Robert Kass delivered an inspiring commencement address, sharing reflections on the power of curiosity, resilience, and lifelong learning. His words resonated deeply with both graduates and guests. Following the ceremony, a warm and lively reception provided an opportunity for celebration, conversation, and photographs to capture the moment.
