This is a conference room that is scheduled by Google Calendar. There are 8 chairs that fit around the table with additional 4 chairs available around the outside of the room.

Equipment Available:

• Large TV mounted on wall.
• Computer connected to TV
• HDMI Cable connected to TV
• USB video camera connected to Computer

Computer Usage:

• Power on TV using buttons on left side facing TV.
• Toggle input to HMDI 2
• Use wireless keyboard and mouse to login to computer.
• Update Zoom (if necessary)

Laptop Usage:

• Power on TV using button on left side facing TV.
• Toggle input to HDMI 1
• Plug HMDI cable into laptop.
