Dr. Soumendra Lahiri Named IISA President

We wish to congratulate Dr. Soumendra Lahiri, professor in our Department, for the honor of becoming the president of the International Indian Statistical Association, this not only brings great recognition to Soumen (and to us, his home), but it is also a clear testimony of the impact that Soumen has had on our profession.
